Closing Sunday at Saatchi Gallery: Andrew Salgado & Kathryn MacNaughton

ANDREW SALGADO: TOMORROW I'LL BE PERFECT

Final Week! Until Sunday, 7 January

This Sunday is the final day for visitors to visit ANDREW SALGADO's wildly successful Tomorrow I'll be Perfect exhibition at London's Saatchi Gallery. This body of work was inspired by Salgado's exploration into a number of themes related to literature, aging, and the process of art-making, handled with Salgado's penchant for bright colours and fantastical scenarios. Visitors can anticipate to see the evolution of the artist's practice as he continues to push the boundaries of contemporary figurative painting.

Many of the works have been placed in international public and private collections, but we are pleased to state that three works remain available for immediate acquisition, (Prince Mombi, photographed in situ by Damian Griffiths). To enquire about these pieces please contact info@beerslondon.com

"Sometimes I equate my process to something like a giant hedgemaze, or a codex or book where I'm working my way through but the words are all scrambled up, and I have to make sense of fragments and clauses until things start falling into place." - Andrew Salgado.

MOVING PARTS

KATHRYN MACNAUGHTON & MISHA MILOVANOVICH

Moving Parts pairs the vibrant work of Canadian painter KATHRYN MACNAUGHTON with the playful sculptures of Serbian artist MISHA MILOVANOVICH at Saatchi Gallery London. The exhibition is envisioned to explore the means in which these two artists consider the figure in relation to a larger space, and how identity is shaped and understood in respect to movement and ideas of [breaking out from] female archetypes.
