Last week, Studio resident Seth Pimlott's film Alone Together was the latest artist work in our ongoing Pause series.
Born out of group yoga practice and performance workshops, it invites the viewer to imagine the body as the dynamic centre of all change. On the film Pimlott says, "Looking at it now, it seems like a nice counterpoint to instructional videos and quarantine workout plans, inviting us to have a more playful relationship to embodiment [...] Turn on, tune in, drop out...".
In the week ahead, there's opportunities to connect with creatives in the industry, to contribute to an award-winning fashion designer's next collection and watch new works broadcast live from contemporary artists with Episode 4 of Transmissions.
