Moroso and Diesel Living return in style on the Lebanese market: two days of events and celebrations

A  return in style on the Lebanese market for Moroso and Diesel Living with Moroso: Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 September will see the inaugural events of the new exhibition space in Beirut, in #collaboration with Lebanese partner Armen Asfahani.
The new Asfahani #design Lounge Showroom enjoys an exceptional location, on the main street of the Mansourieh district, on a hill overlooking the capital. This showroom with a panoramic view is spread over 7 exhibition floors, for a total of 4.000sqm: the Moroso collection immediately takes centre stage with an impressive arrangement of Gogan sofas at the showroom entrance.

The exhibition continues with separate living areas, featuring the company's best-selling Moroso sofas, including Gentry, Redondo and Pacific, plus Ruff, Klara and Take a Line for a Walk chairs. The corner setting of the ground floor, with large windows overlooking the city, is dedicated to the Salon Nanà collection, a project from 2021 born from #collaboration between the French-Lebanese architect Annabel Karim Kassar and the Italian company Moroso.
The mezzanine floor sees two living spaces styled with the Gogan and Gentry sofas, the company's best sellers. A large part of this space is dedicated to the Diesel Living with Moroso collection.

On Wednesday 7 September at 4 pm the workshop FROM FIBER TO PRODUCT: THE EXCITING JOURNEY OF A TEXTILE will be held in cooperation with Kvadrat. Designers and architects from Beirut's leading studios will compete to customize the miniature version of the Fjord armchair designed by Patricia Urquiola for Moroso.
 A prize of a 1:1 scale Fjord armchair covered in Kvadrat fabric will be awarded for the most creative version.
 
The official opening event of the #design Lounge showroom will take place on Thursday 8 September starting at 7 pm with an invitation-only cocktail party.
 
This grand return to the Lebanese market is a further step in strengthening Moroso's presence in the burgeoning Middle East.
